Valuation reports are quite straightforward. They involve superficial internal and external inspections, mentioning readily identifiable matters that significantly affect the property’s valuation.
They are not, therefore, considered to be a report on the property’s structural condition. They are, however, the cheapest form of valuation report available when professional advice on property value is needed.
