David Moor Chartered Surveyor is an entirely independent firm with over 40 years’ experience. Covering North, East and West Yorkshire we have extensive knowledge of Harrogate, Leeds, Wakefield, York, Hull, Beverley and their surrounding areas. We are based in offices conveniently positioned between Harrogate and Leeds and we have excellent and speedy access to the whole Yorkshire area.

We offer both commercial and residential services as well as advice on auctions.

Our independent status attracts recommendations from Solicitors, Estate Agents, Accountants as well as other professional organisations.

A RICS Registered Valuer with 40 years’ experience David established his business in 2009 having previously owned a multi office estate agency in Leeds before becoming a partner in a Harrogate based firm of Chartered Surveyors. Married to Julia with a son and three daughters David is committed to offering a personal service to suit a client’s individual needs.
